We talked 8 different companies, these guys were the most responsive, affordable and had the best availability. They didn’t try to over estimate the pandemic prices of plywood or any of the shenanigans that other roofers were attempting.
Only replaced the materials that needed it instead of tearing everything out which we appreciate because cost matters.

This is a review of M&M Prime Roofing, Inc. We called M&M asking for help on our roof, explaining that we had another roofer do our roof 20 years ago, but had failed to use flashing to protect thes siding and window below. Both were dry rot with mold.
Maria Gorgonio and her crew promptly came to my house, reviewed the situation, and came up with a solution. They arrived today and tore off the shingles, examined the boards underneath, cut two inches up the siding and found rot and mold on about two feet of the roof. This section was cut from the main section of roof, leaving a structurally sound roof and siding. The crew accomplished this within a few hours of today, doing reshuffle , new protection over the roof with step flashing and close inspection of all the structure.
Maria was very good to deal with, listening to our problem, and responding with ways to fix it. The crew left everything in the yard tidy and were respectful of our property.
We are very pleased with the service and the people who make it happen. We highly recommend them and will use them again if needed.
