I speak as a former employee of Mitchells Merchant Patrol. I worked for them as a Guard for about three years after coming to Yuma from Chicago where I was a licensed security contractor. I have since retired. They are a local family owned company that has been in business for about 75 years. I can attest to their emphasis on client service. Being a Local Company they afford the clients direct access to Top Level management. There is no middleman or out of town "Customer service" department to haggle with. Your concerns are addressed quickly by management. Tami is the heart of the Company and is, in addition to general administrative duties, the Human Resource manager. She is also part owner. Jesus is the Operations manager. He worked his way up from Guard to Field Supervisor to Office Manager to his present position. He knows the business from the ground up and is very client oriented. The company has an Open Door policy for employees as well and is more than willing to assist employees with personal issues as well as encourage personal and professional advancement. Employees , just like clients have direct contact with top management. That is very important. As a former security contractor I know what I am talking about.
