The Staff Michelle and Julie are great they have given my wife her hearing back after so many years of not hearing.

Impeccable service! The entire team made me feel welcomed. They are knowledgeable, understanding of the frustrations I had and were able to put me into a hearing aid set that was super comfortable and interfaces with my phone. As a younger person who has hearing loss they made this not as an embarrassing interaction as I’d thought it would be. I have also recommended them to family members, my neighbors and a few friends!

This was a great experience getting new hearing aids, if you think that getting hearings at all is considered a great experience. I had a different brand that I had had for a very short time. They were uncomfortable and constantly squealed even though they were adjusted several times. Julie did a wonderful job. Everything is good. The office follows up every few months for a cleaning and/or an updated ear test to make sure everything is going ok. This is something that the first provider never did. If I get in a conversation with someone about hearing aids, I always mention Julie and her staff and the excellent job they are doing on my behalf.
