November 30th, 2022, I was not expecting the service that I received. What I thought was going to be refinancing my car, turned into refinancing my car, pulling my recent consolidation loan in with my car refinance for one payment, saving me $500 a month. Thank you so much Danielle for being extremely prompt and knowledgeable in what you do and helping make a difference in my budget and frankly my day. That savings is huge and your sweet and courteous personality, you have been my all-time favorite customer service experience in my 41 years of life (I guess at least 10 of those years don't count ;) ). They have a loan officer named Danielle J. She is one of the most helpful people i have ever dealt with in banking/customer service. Someone who actually cared about my situation and handled it with a sense of urgency. But honestly a great bank overall!

Love my mid Oregon bank! But I love their staff even more. Bank teller Kevin took care of me not too long ago and he was absolutely great. I had some questions on how to build my credit and Kevin said mid Oregon offered great programs to do so. Opening a business account with mid Oregon was a great choice. Thanks Kevin and mid Oregon staff!
