MHI Home Inspection

I’m so incredibly thankful for MHI! Owner Billy Davis is extremely hospitable and made the whole experience 100% painless. Getting in contact with a real person is so simple and the lines of communication are wonderful. There weren’t any hidden fees or extra expenses that popped at the end. Everything that was spoken about prior to the inspection taking place, actually happened, and the final price was what was already agreed upon. Being a first time home buyer, everything is new and scary, but Mr. Billy provided excellent service and I would highly recommend MHI to anyone, whether you’re a first time home buyer like myself, or you’ve lost count! Thanks MHI!

I was very impressed with the thorough inspection that was conducted. The report was full of pictures and very detailed. They also took the time to answer all of my questions. If you are in need of a home inspection, look no further!

As a realtor, it’s important to have quality partners that can assist clients when they purchase a home. MHI Inspection is my go to company. They are professional, knowledgeable and reliable. I always refer them with confidence. They educate along the way and ensure that the work is at the highest level. They truly are a Five Star company.
