MHI Home Inspection

MHI Inspector came to my home to conduct a typical inspection so I thought based on past experience with my pervious home. I have to say I was blown away with the thoroughness and attention to detail along with the professionalism showcased. I was educated on many fronts providing me with a wealth of knowledge. Strongly recommend MHI.

Billy and MHI were absolutely wonderful! He was able to walk me through the inspection of my first home purchase from beginning to end and made it so easy for me to understand everything. Even after the inspection was complete, he took the time to follow up with me for any questions I had. He even sent me a checklist of maintenance items to follow as a new homeowner. I would recommend Billy and his team to anyone looking for an inspection. A great company to work with! Billy is trustworthy and has a wonderful, helpful personality! My family and I really appreciate him.

Billy Davis performed my home inspection and he did an amazing job! He was very flexible about my arrival time to inspection which was great because I had to come on my lunch break. He let me know he would be starting on the outside. By the time I arrived he had started on the inside. He was very friendly and professional. He stopped what he was doing to explain what he had done so far. He was very informative through the whole process. He let me know what he would be doing and looking for. He briefly explained how he would put information in the inspection report and how best to read it. The report was very straightforward making it easy to understand. And it was sent in a timely manner. Overall it was a great experience. I would definitely recommend Billy Davis and MHI home inspection.
