We had a plugged bathroom sink and called Meticulous in the evening (don't problems always happen after 6pm?). We spoke their a virtual agent (!!) and were able to book an appointment for the next morning. Eric from Meticulous called us ahead of our scheduled appointment time and we were happy to have him arrive early. Eric understood the problem with our sink & plumbing and gave us a couple of options for the repair. He was able to rebuild the plumbing and clear the drain for a very reasonable price. Eric was able to complete the repair in just about one hour and we are so pleased! We will be using Meticulous again should the need arise.

Best plumbing experience I've ever had from start to end! They were quick to make the appointment, sent reminders, sent plumber info with a pic, notified me of arrival time, very pleasant plumber to work with and had my problem fixed in no time. Also, fully documented thru pictures the work that he did. I was able to pay on the spot with a credit card. Great experience and it's wonderful to have my shower back working again.

Excellent customer service from Meticulous Plumbing. Anne quickly responded to my request for service and set up an appointment with just a two-hour window (rather than the 8-hour window another company offered). Joe texted before arriving. He quickly determined the cause of our shower faucet not mixing hot and cold water and replaced the faulty part. Really glad to have found a friendly, locally owned plumbing business.

Meticulous lives up to their name and I can think of 0 reasons why we’d ever hire another company for plumbing services. They replaced our water supply lines last year and then Adam did an emergency repair for us this morning with a galvanized pipe that had rotted out and was leaking a ton of water in our basement. They are fast, efficient, knowledgeable, no drama, and left the place cleaner than when they arrived. 10/10

This was the best plumbing repair experience. A shutoff valve in my kitchen was rusted shut and beginning to leak water. A box had been built over the shutoff valves. Leo was able to get the box off without taking it apart. He took pictures of the valves and pipe so I didn't need to crawl into the cupboard. He explained the problem and offered me two options for repair and the cost of each. I opted to have everything fixed at the same time. The price was much less than i expected. Leo replaced three valves and some pipe. He made sure everything was turned back on and working properly. He was professional, thorough, explained things in an easy to understand way, and cleaned up when he was done. Thank you Meticulous Plumbing!
