Mehan Development LLC

I used Cody to build an ADU at my house in midtown. 100% no holds barred the best contractor experience I have ever had. Right off the bat meeting with Cody's designer Robb Kerley (Lasting Traditions). Robb and Cody worked hand in hand to make sure that we got everything that we wanted in the space that we had. They took into account what our budget was and what we thought was most important. I was really impressed with their ability to have grand vision and great taste. Both Cody and Robb were very accurate in the time involved with the permitting process. They had connections within the city to get insight as to were things were at, at all times. Throughout the process Cody was great with communication. Always answers his phone and responds to emails very quickly. Cody's attention to detail right to the very end was superb. We couldn't be happier with our finished product.

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Mehan Development to build our dream home, and the experience was amazing. From the very beginning, Cody and his team were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to our goals and vision. The process of building a custom home can be daunting, but Mehan Development made it a seamless and enjoyable experience. They were there every step of the way, providing guidance and support to ensure that the final product was exactly what we had envisioned. What we appreciated most about working with Mehan Development was their attention to detail. They truly care about the quality of their work, and it shows in every aspect of the home. From the high-end finishes to the thoughtful design, our home is a true masterpiece that we are proud to call our own.

Cody built us the home of our dreams. He was in the process of building a house, when we fell in love with the layout and location. We requested tons of changes, from the simple color change to the structural of a large covered patio, all were completed and completed under budget. Cody’s commitment to completing the project on time led to us getting our beautiful home, which came out better than our wildest dreams.
