The Mead Agency is my go to insurance agency. They are always friendly, quick to answer questions and make changes to our policies. They also do their best to make changes that will save us money. Their level of customer service is rare today! Thank you Mead Agency!
My spouse and I recently switched from an insurance company that we got little to no service from. The customer service from Jake Mead and his amazing staff was 10 out of 10!!! Regrettably I was recently rear ended, and when I walked into their office, I was met with concern, kindness and empathy! Along with that AMAZING fact that Eva had filled out the DMV paperwork for me so all I had to do was sign paperwork. They gave me next step instructions along with what to expect. I couldn’t be happier with and it’s such a refreshingly good feeling to be care for & covered, by insurance! I truly never saw this type of insurance company existed, and so grateful that it does!
