We reached out, and thankfully, they picked up right away. We were preparing a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath, three-story townhouse in Dallas for listing. It had previously been a rental, and just days before showings, our agent flagged a strong odor in the master bathroom on the second floor near the stairs. We needed help fast. The process was simple and seamless. We coordinated everything via text while I was at work, gave them access upon arrival, and the owner kept us updated, even confirming when the job was complete and the garage was secured. We asked them to focus on the cabinets, baseboards, stove, and bathrooms and they delivered. They even sent before-and-after photos before leaving. Great experience overall I’d absolutely use them again.
