McKenzie Meadows Village by Hayden Homes

Talking with Alex Shields really opened my eyes as to how much of a positive impact Hayden Homes is having in the Sisters Community. His service is top notch and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for their forever home. When it comes to navigating the new construction world, Alex has your back and will get you right where you need to be.

Stellar Home Buying Experience! We have been working with Hayden Homes at McKenzie Meadows in Sisters, Oregon throughout the past several months for the purchase of a new home. We are grateful for and so pleased with all that Alexander Shields has done to make this experience far above and beyond average. The communication has been invaluable in helping us to understand the process of purchasing a home that wasn’t built yet. We have never been through this process and at first we were a bit nervous. Throughout the entire process we have had many questions. Alexander was always a text, email, or phone call away We really like that he has been told there with us from the start and will see us through to closing. When construction began Alexander created videos to give us updates. He actually went to the home site and via video explained all that was completed at each stage of the construction. Cody, the construction manager also made a pre drywall video and took us through all of the plumbing, wiring, duct work, etc. Alexander created a zoom meeting so that we could discuss and choose flooring, appliances, cabinets and counter tops, ( etc.). Hayden’s website includes a feature that allows the buyer to make selections that includes photos as well as a tally feature that shows the buyer the accumulated cost of the selections. Alexander spent as much time as we needed to spend in order for us to carefully make our choices. He also provided samples that we could view during the meeting. One of my favorite things about Hayden Homes is that they give back to the community. For instance, they believe in building strong communities, so they created “First Story” which is a program that helps deserving individuals and families in need achieve the dream of home ownership.

I love working with Alex and the team at McKenzie Meadows! Great communication and support throughout the buying process for my clients and they keep their Realtor partners in the loop. Thanks for awesome teamwork! Everyone at Hayden has been an absolute pleasure to work with.
