Ryan McGlone is far-and-away the most capable real estate agent whom we have ever engaged over the years. He began our interactions with a detailed Zoom session, where we were able to share our criteria and preferences. Ryan came prepared with deep analysis on the Bend market, having pulled a wide range of very useful data from multiple sources. He on short order put together a full two days of property visits, revealing very impressive familiarity with nearly every house we entered. He was always very transparent, never pushy. He assisted in our negotiations masterfully. He added an analytical approach which we have not seen before, supporting our desired price with extensive due diligence of comparable houses. The seller indicated that he took our price largely because of the quality of our background research on the market, which he found convincing. We have just moved in to our new house and Ryan continues to "check in" on us.
We purchased a home at the height of activity in 2022. We had several complexities to work with. We were selling our home in Virginia, and weren’t moving back out to the west coast for several more months. Ryan and his team were extremely helpful, always on top of everything, and very responsive. Ryan was extremely knowledgeable about the area and market environment. Ryan did a great job of listening to us about what we wanted and what we were looking for in a home, and helped guide us with recommendations; he was a great sounding board and not afraid to play devils advocate. It didn’t feel like he was trying to sell us a house quickly; he genuinely wanted to get us in the right home. And, we did this all remotely from the other side of the country, dealing with time zones and inability to physically view homes. Ryan walked us through homes virtually and answered any questions we had thoughtfully. In addition, Ryan was very knowledgeable and equipped on the negotiation and execution side of the transaction; we always felt in really good hands and that he and his team gave us the best opportunity to have an offer accepted. If we needed an agent in the Bend area again, we wouldn’t need to think twice about using Ryan and his team.
