Incompetent and Unprofessional
I agree with Linda T's review written prior. The clients that have written great reviews about Mr. Belcher are the lucky ones. Not only is the staff rude, and unprofessional, they attempt to reiterate what a “nice guy”, Ryan Belcher, is to all. I didn’t comment that Ryan was not a nice person, Brooke! Human beings make mistakes, and Ryan will not be held accountable for not understanding the law while supporting my denial of over-income for SSI in the past. Please know, children’s adoption assistance is counted as a foster payment or child support payment for the CHILD. The Social Security Administration made this mistake and wrongfully denied my SSI benefits. At the time, Ryan Belcher took my case as he stated the Social Security department was wrong, and that Ryan would be looking into things intricately in detail. Ryan weeks later stated I did not have a case, and the Social Security department was correct. I was awarded SSI on 9-1-22. I waited years for my children’s adoption assistance to fall off as they have grown to be adults. As I was granted SSI, I was told that there were mistakes made in the past regarding the children’s adoption assistance, for which I received a wrongful denial. It's been over a year and the SSI department claims that nothing can be done regarding the payments that I should have been receiving. Meanwhile, Ryan Belcher will not be held accountable as he is one of the causes that has kept me from receiving past SSI payments. Being a nice guy doesn’t help me out, Ryan. I wouldn't suggest this office to anyone that is not a cookie-cutter case, it is above their ability.
