Incompetent and unprofessional

I agree with Linda T's review written prior. The clients that have written great reviews about Mr. Belcher are the lucky ones. Not only is the staff rude, and unprofessional, they attempt to reiterate what a “nice guy”, Ryan Belcher, is to all. I didn’t comment that Ryan was not a nice person, Brooke! Human beings make mistakes, and Ryan will not be held accountable for not understanding the law while supporting my denial of over-income for SSI in the past. Please know, children’s adoption assistance is counted as a foster payment or child support payment for the CHILD. The Social Security Administration made this mistake and wrongfully denied my SSI benefits. At the time, Ryan Belcher took my case as he stated the Social Security department was wrong, and that Ryan would be looking into things intricately in detail. Ryan weeks later stated I did not have a case, and the Social Security department was correct. I was awarded SSI on 9-1-22. I waited years for my children’s adoption assistance to fall off as they have grown to be adults. As I was granted SSI, I was told that there were mistakes made in the past regarding the children’s adoption assistance, for which I received a wrongful denial. It's been over a year and the SSI department claims that nothing can be done regarding the payments that I should have been receiving. Meanwhile, Ryan Belcher will not be held accountable as he is one of the causes that has kept me from receiving past SSI payments. Being a nice guy doesn’t help me out, Ryan. I wouldn't suggest this office to anyone that is not a cookie-cutter case, it is above their ability.

    SDI Hearing

    Mr. Belcher, whom represented me at my SDI hearing was so caring and thoughtful during the whole amount of time I had to wait for this to happen, also with the help of others in the practice who always were there when I had any questions. <br /> I will always be grateful for McGinty, Belcher and Hamilton Attorneys PC for everything they did for me because I am not able to work anymore.<br /> Blessings to all who took part in my case.

    Very impressive service & follow-up

    Appreciated the service from Ryan in applying for Social Security Disability benefits for my husband and the follow-up support from Vanessa. Vanessa persevered with contact to the Social Security office to satisfy questions we had about the Payment Summary after eligibility was established. The professional service was fantastic--especially given the relatively small amount this case paid for their services. I'd highly recommend Ryan Belcher and his team.

    Definitely Recommend!

    Richard is great to work with. We hired him for my husband about 10 years ago for SS Disability. Richard is caring and knowledgeable. Knowing what to expect from him, when it was my turn to apply for SS Disability, I chose Richard without hesitation. I talked to several other attorneys but didn't feel comfortable using one of them. I knew I could trust Richard. I would recommend him to everyone!!!

    Excellent and Professional Service

    My initial claim was denied for SSD. Mr. Mcginty worked for me throughout the entire process until we won our case. He took great care in explaining the process, in a way which i could understand.

    Excellent care and attention

    After my mother died, I felt lost. Thanks to Kathryn and her staff, I was able to get through all the things that I needed to do, to bring this unwelcome issue to a necessary conclusion. They answered all the questions I had, with respect and sympathy for what I was feeling. If you need help with probate, there is no better team to have working for you. Plan as soon as possible for the inevitable. It will be absolutely worth your time.
