My law firm has used Mayfield IT Consulting for many years. We have never had an unanswered call, an un-responded to email, or a no-show for a service call. They have advised us on how to handle current issues and how to prevent future problems. They have gone above and beyond to make sure that our systems are up and running with minimal downtime, and to make sure that any software products work correctly and efficiently (even when those vendors are unresponsive or, frankly, incompetent). I highly recommend them.
