I’ve had the opportunity to get to know Brian and Cheryl Martin through a national remodeling peer group, and they are both highly respected professionals in the design-build industry. As the leaders of Masters Design Build, they’ve built a company that clearly reflects strong values, solid systems, and a real commitment to quality. What stands out most is their consistency—how they approach both the business and the client experience with integrity, communication, and attention to detail. It’s clear they’ve created a culture where craftsmanship and professionalism matter at every level of the organization. If you’re in the Hatfield, Pennsylvania area and looking for a trusted partner for a kitchen remodel, bathroom renovation, or whole-home remodeling project, I would highly recommend Masters Design Build. Brian and his crew did 3 indoor projects for us that dramatically transformed our home. The first project, construction of a new kitchen/great room, was completed in 2012. This project had been "in the works" for several years, but shelved because other contractors couldn't devise a plan that met our needs. Brian came up with ideas that no one else thought of, not the least of which was closing off an unused wetbar in the adjoining living room and converting it to a powder room accessed on the opposite side from the new great room, without encroaching on the space of the new room. Similar out of the box thinking on Brian's part provided us with a coat closet in the new room by "taking" a small amount of space from the back corner of the garage and reconfiguring the wall and door between the new room and garage, likewise without losing any living space in the new greatroom/kitchen. The final result far exceeded expections (and this review comes from a stickler for detail). The project won Brian a Contractor of the Year award. Subsequent projects included converting the old kitchen into a sunroom, and renovating a bathroom, likewise with outstanding results. Of particular note was another innovative idea on Brian's part, namely converting the pantry closet in the back of the old kitchen into a hidden laundry area (behind full length finished wooden doors matching new cabinetry in the sun room). Any minor issues with the projects were promptly rectified. The outstanding workmanship has stood the test of time. My recommendation of Brian/Masters Design Build Group is without reservation.
