Massey services always give outstanding service but Robert Sparks is by far my favorite exterminator that comes to my home. He always shows up willing to help in any way even tackled my storm sheltered that was infested with spiders with out any hesitation. He is extremely well at educating me on things I can do to help my home stay spider and bug free. He deserves more than just a raise because when he's here he makes me enjoy using this company so much more. Thank you Robert for being a down to earth and caring fellow!

The technician, Rob, was without a doubt the most professional, knowledgeable, and all around great to deal with technician in that I’ve ever dealt with. He did an unbelievably thorough job and is great at what he does, even taking time to educate on preventative measures that the resident can take. This is the 3rd Pest Control service that we have used, and right out of the gate it was obvious that they were going to be the best. Cannot recommend enough.
