MARIA CERRI REALTOR with Premiere Property Group LLC

This was our second time using Maria to represent us in the sale of a home. Three years ago she helped us buy our first home and now she has helped us sell it and look for a bigger home that better suits our needs. Her knowledge of the neighborhood, industry, and fluctuating market helped us get over asking price - which helped us when choosing our next home. She communicates what is going on and is up front with all the moving parts of the transaction! We have recommended Maria to our friends and family & we will always use Maria for our home selling and buying needs!

Maria was amazing! Helping us to sell our house of 37yrs, and finding and buying a new home. As we have been “out” of the world of real estate for so long, everything has changed incredibly. Her patience, attention to detail, and professionalism, kept us informed and encouraged at all times. We love our new home. It meets and exceeds all of our needs and we couldn’t be happier with how Maria got us here.

Maria did a phenomenal job. She was extremely responsiveness, knowledgeable, and caring. Felt confident throughout the whole process even with set backs or disappointments. Could not recommend her enough for finding or selling your home.
