Marco's Pizza

Not gonna lie, I would still go to this place even if they accidentally messed up my order, which they never have. This location has such incredible employees. Honestly better employees than any other restaurant or retail shop in Norman. I don’t know how they do it. I know they’re super busy every time I go, so I’m sure they’re stressed too. Yet every single time, they’re still insanely nice and sweet. I have yet to encounter anyone even slightly rude working at this location.

The pizza was great but the service was slow. Took 30 minutes longer than the website estimated. Edit: the next time i went here my order was fully comped for my troubles. Without me asking! Incredibly nice people here.

I'm rooting for them (this location) to get back to solid. Marcos has become my go to pizza place. However, recently, they fallen off some on assembly and cooking. They seem to (now) rush the cooking. This makes it literally floppy to eat... not fun. Also, something that they did NOT used to do, but seem to be doing lately (late 2022) is putting all the toppings in the center; like ONLY the center. This is super annoying, especially in combination with the under-cooking. Please, get these things fixed!
