Maranville Realty

I am in the process of applying to rent a home that Maranville currently manages. I have been working with Karen, and to say she is amazing is an understatement. Karen is responsive, kind, helpful and a joy to work with. If she is this way with me, I can only imagine how she is with her owners and tenants. If you are looking for a property management company, I highly recommend them.

I have rented a condo from Maranville Realty for almost four years and they have been exceptional. They are always quick to fix any problem, obtain excellent workers and are so professional. The staff is wonderful and friendly and are always there for me. I would totally recommend this company, especially for rental agents!

I've had nothing but great experience with Maranville Realty! A huge shout out to Karen, who not only went above and beyond to get us the rental we currently live in, but she was kind and understanding. I can only say that about one other realtor that I've dealt with in the last 6 years! We needed a place to stay at ASAP and we had moved from a different state and Karen and her staff worked through the weekend to get my application expedited! They are very responsive when things break and I've already had 3 appliances replaced in a timely manner. I'm very thankful for good landlords and responsive team! Everyone that I've talked to and dealt with have been very kind. I cannot say enough good things about them! If you are looking for kind and responsive people for rentals, these are the people to do business with and trust! Thanks again Maranville Realty for providing us such good experience!
