Lyons Agency for Insurance

I have been an insurance customer working with Diane Spencer for well over 20 years. I asked her to find a better fit for my insurance needs based on the cost of my automobile insurance price and she met my expectations. I work at home and seldom use my vehicles. I have 16,000 miles on a 3-year-old vehicle and wanted a lower cost with a good coverage. She came through for me! I then bought a home and she came through for me again! I am and will be a loyal customer. Diane gets it and helps her customers to be very, very happy and well covered with all of their insurance needs at a good price :)

I have been very pleased with the Lyons Agency, having several policies with them for over 20 years. I have 2 Homeowners and 2 Vehicles with them. I was very pleased when my son was added to our policy, he received the Good Student discount and the price was very good. I think they give great customer service.

After moving to Maine about two years ago, we needed a temporary construction home insurance policy that would cover renovations to our home built in 1882. This would require special underwriting coverage during construction. Diane Spencer of Lyons was able to obtain this coverage for us. Then once the construction was finished we transferred that policy to a normal home owners policy. We also transferred our two auto insurances with the help of Diane. We had a fender bender last winter and one call to Diane and it was taken care of. Great Agency recommend it to all.
