My experience working with them as seller broker and rep for a transaction in Newberg. Rude, lazy, and most importantly they have no idea what they are doing. Maybe they would be ok (but I doubt it) for a single family small home purchase but for anything larger protect yourself and use someone capable, knowledgeable, and that understands they are in the service industry.
Kendra was amazing to work with!!! Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, was available and had no problem making things happen, using her resources to help get the deal done. Thank you Kendra! Looking forward to the next one.
Working with Nick was an amazing experience from start to finish. He helped us buy our home and made the entire process feel smooth, clear, and stress-free. Nick took the time to really understand what we wanted, explained every step in a way that was easy to understand, and was always available whenever we had questions. He was honest, patient, and never made us feel pressured, which meant a lot during such a big decision. When it came time to put in an offer, Nick was strategic, knowledgeable, and truly had our best interest at heart. Even after closing, he checked in to make sure everything was going well. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy a home.
I have known Terry Sprague for many years, ever since I moved to Lake Oswego in 2017. He has helped me with three real estate transactions, both buying and selling, and every single time he has worked his magic to make the process smooth, professional, and successful. To me, there is no one like Terry. He is kind, warm-hearted, and deeply knowledgeable. He truly understands the intricacies of the real estate process and guides you every step of the way with confidence and care. Behind this wonderful and experienced man is an equally amazing team. Lisa, Paris, and Evan are exceptional—each of them adds tremendous value to the entire experience. Without a doubt, Terry and his team at Luxe Forbes are simply the best. I highly recommend them.
