Working with Nick was an amazing experience from start to finish. He helped us buy our home and made the entire process feel smooth, clear, and stress-free. Nick took the time to really understand what we wanted, explained every step in a way that was easy to understand, and was always available whenever we had questions. He was honest, patient, and never made us feel pressured, which meant a lot during such a big decision. When it came time to put in an offer, Nick was strategic, knowledgeable, and truly had our best interest at heart. Even after closing, he checked in to make sure everything was going well. You can tell he genuinely cares about his clients, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to buy a home.

I have known Terry Sprague for many years, ever since I moved to Lake Oswego in 2017. To me, there is no one like Terry. He is kind, warm-hearted, and deeply knowledgeable. He truly understands the intricacies of the real estate process and guides you every step of the way with confidence and care. Behind this wonderful and experienced man is an equally amazing team. Terry and his team are FIRST CLASS. The attention to detail, communication, strategy and all around effort to sell our home was outstanding. Cant recommend Terry and his team enough..they took care of us as if we were family! Thx TEAM.
