Lowry Crossfit is a great community. Christian is very knowledgeable and motivating in addition to being an all around good guy. The group that goes there really has a fun time and most members are very personable and friendly. Christian has built a great business of helping people to improve their lives.

Great CrossFit community! Christian is a great coach, he really gets to know everyone individually as an athelete and has knowledgeable suggestions for us! Also, just the right amount of friendly competition within the box! Great hours & the gym is also a good size!
Great community with great coaches. I have never been more motivated or excited about my health/fitness. Childcare at the 9:30 am class is a life saver. Careful attention is given to form and technique. All workouts can be scaled to your ability and the coaches are ready to answer any questions you mights have.
