Los Compadres

I was visiting, and I wanted to try a Mexican restaurant that served more than tacos. This place has an awesome decor, and the menu had great options. I had a molcajete of Carne asada and shrimp. Unfortunately, the meat was tough and lacked flavor. The shrimp was a bit better but definitely lacking taste. We also ordered a Carne asada and the meat was just as hard to cut. In addition, the potatoes were very undercooked. Our server did make a mistake in one of our orders but the staff was quick to correct it and bring out the correct dish. Overall a nice place that may need a revision to the seasoning and quality of their Carne asada.

This restaurant is Special! It's a big nicer than other Mexican restaurants. The servers are wonderful. The food is extra-delicious! Love it, love it, love it!

The best service I’ve had since my all-inclusive stay in Cozumel Mexico. Have you ever had waiters compete to meet your needs? This was my first time ever coming to this restaurant and I felt like the staff treated me like a regular customer. The place was clean, spacious, and the food was great. The waiters were attentive to our needs . This place is amazing. And the kicker is this—Friday night— is a busy night. Sadly, I’m accustomed to slow service from restaurants on a “busy” night. Los Compadres has proven that even a busy restaurant can run like a well oiled machine. Great experience!
