LivFit Athletics

After working with Chris at Livfit for the past 3+ years, I can’t imagine ever going anywhere else. This is a very special place that has changed many lives and is a community treasure. Wherever you are in your personal wellness journey, I highly recommend checking out Livfit.

I've been at LivFit since the beginning and this is the best gym that I have ever attended. Every class is filled with camaraderie, community, top-notch fitness, and superb coaching. Chris does an excellent job programming and all the coaches do a great job carrying it out. You get lots of personalized feedback, and everyone works with you to get the workout your body needs. Would definitely recommend to anyone (all ages, all abilities) no matter what your goals are.

I joined LivFit a year ago. I was at CVS and just happened to glance over at the gym, as I saw a group rowing and looking happy while doing so. I walked in and was greeted by Chris who was friendly and quite knowledgeable. The people in my class are supportive friendly and encouraging. The workouts are tailored by Chris for us. By far the best gym around.
