I have been taking my kids to this clinic for two years now. I can honestly say the staff here has been great. Dr Arora is just as great as the staff. The wait times, I believe, can be Ridiculous; but things happen. Book your appointments for first thing in the morning. You may have to wait outside for 15 minutes until the staff gets there as I did— with an appointment—but at least the wait won’t be that long. My number one complaint though is that the facility needs a lot of work. The furniture is old and falling apart, the carpet is filthy. A new coat of paint is definitely needed. I’m uncomfortable in my skin whenever I go here because it’s just not clean and welcoming. But, like I said the staff and doctor is great. Please update the clinic!
