I contacted Jim at Light and Plug to troubleshoot why we lost power to our garage outlets and to fix the overhead fluorescent lights that stopped working. He responded almost immediately to my inquiry and we set up an appointment for just a few days after that. He texted me before he arrived, he arrived in time, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, and did the job all in the same morning. He was very conscientious about keeping the area clean (even though he had to go into the attic and a crawl space). He answered all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. Jim is basically everything you could ask for in a home electrician - depth of knowledge, great customer service, fair price, and he’s a nice guy - solid 5 star rating!
