Life Architecture + Planning

Working with Life Architecture + Planning has been great! Tyson has very good ideas and is a thoughtful listener to my wishes and ideas. He's got classic knowledge, skills, and fresh, stylish ideas too. I have appreciated his consideration of our financial needs as this is our down-sized, last retirement home. I like the way he works with the construction team, too!

As a structural engineer, I have enjoyed collaborating with Tyson on several projects. He is thoughtful with his designs and has a great understanding of the planning, permitting, and construction processes. We have developed a warm relationship with Life Architecture & Planning and always provide quick feedback to keep projects moving smoothly from start to finish. We look forward to many more!

Life Architecture + Planning is the most exceptional discovery I have made in years. Tyson Gillard is a very talented architect who seems able to produce exquisite design solutions for any residential situation. More importantly, at least to me, is that Tyson took my project on as if it were his own home. He cared about every last detail - presenting me options, walking me through the implications of each, and sweating the details to make sure I received the absolute highest value for every dollar I was spending on my home project. This kind of dedicated service and integrity is rare, and I was so fortunate to have found an advisor with his talent and integrity as I made the largest financial investment of my entire life. I have no words for how happy I am. I will absolutely return to Life Design Build for all my future needs.
