So today, we had a tire blow in the middle of a dangerous spot and very busy hwy. It just so happened that it blew right in front of the sublimity Les Schwab. My father, who is older and has some limited mobility, my 1yr old, a 6wk old puppy and myself, who is 22wks pregnant were all in the car. I no more than walked up the sidewall of the hwy and a worker came over to see what I needed. I explained the situation and he went to go get a manager. I ended up going inside and spoke to the manager who quickly went into action. They came to our rescue and got us back on the road in a very quick manner. He even sent a truck and put out cones to further help protect our vehicle. I was very, very impressed and am so grateful for their help and quick action. What a blessing they were! This is why I prefer Les Schwab over 99% of other tire places. Always a pleasant experience, great customer service, they work hard and take care of their customers. I can't recommend them enough.
