Les Schwab Tire Center

Any business could learn a lot about customer success from Les Schwab. This isn’t my first positive experience with them, but it’s one that truly stands out for going above and beyond. I came in with TPMS sensor issues and a low tire, and Thomas immediately sprang into action. He quickly brought up our vehicle, spotted the low tire, and didn’t just chalk it up to the colder weather. Instead, he took the time to thoroughly inspect it and discovered a hole that could have caused serious problems during our holiday trip tomorrow. Thank you, Thomas, for your attention to detail and for ensuring our family’s safety. And a heartfelt thanks to all the employees at Les Schwab for your unwavering commitment to excellence. You’ve earned a loyal customer for life!

When you buy from Les Schwab, you get a whole lot more than just tires. You get peace-of-mind, knowing you can go to any Les Schwab where they look you up by telephone number, and take really good care of you. Today, a friend in Lebanon took her car in due to a noise so loud she feared to drive it. It sounded expensive. Les Schwab had it on the lift for maybe 10 minutes. Turns out it was a rock that got stuck in the brake caliper. Cost to diagnose and fix? ZERO. They also do not charge their customers for flat repairs and tire rotations. I live in Eugene and only buy tires from Les Schwab. I know that over the life of the tires, it is by far my best value.

Yesterday I stopped at my first Les Schwab Tire Center in Lebanon, Or. I never been to one, I had a flat tire that I needed repaired dropped it off and came back later to pick it up. I thought I would have to pay, but it was free. I was surprised, and they even offer to install the tire. I looked around to see if I can at least leave a tip, and I didn't see a tip jar. I really want to thank you all for being so friendly and kind. Greatly appreciated it. Definitely will recommend this place for tire service.
