Leezá Carlone Steindorf - Leadership Coaching, Training, Consulting, Mediation

Leeza is the real deal. With heart and knowledge, she'll support you, and/or your organization, to get through challenges and help you find the strategic plan that is yours. In two conferences, I've seen people make stunning life changing personal growth due to her presentations. Leeza's excellence is difficult to quantify. Perhaps it's best to say her work is positively effective. Whether you seek one on one life coaching, or are a representing a large corporation ready to move to the next level, Leeza is your catalyst.

Knowing Leeza has propelled me to be a more emotionally intelligent and compassionate being. She has an innate ability to meet you where you are and communicate effectively - one on one, or in a group facilitation. Leeza’s heart is based in authenticity and genuine kind nature. She clearly demonstrates a high level of knowledge and a passion for what she does. Additionally, the fact that she has a lovely speaking voice makes sessions so peaceful. Thanks Leeza!

Because Leeza is highly skilled and trained and has real world experience, I recommend her coaching services. I loved working with Leeza because she has a uncanny ability to recognize an issue and the solution at the same time. However, she allowed me to arrive at solutions independently, with her coaching and insights. I count Leeza as a colleague and a friend now. I highly recommend working with Leeza. She will help you in ways that you didn't expect.
