Got towed here big hole in my block. It took them a while to find it. They delivered the bad news and helped look at options. They didn’t charge me the 50 dollar diagnosis fee and help me with a tow truck. Very friendly and knowable people.
Scott and the crew at Lawrenceville Auto Center are amazing. I took my daughter’s vehicle to them after receiving a ridiculously high quote for brake and rotor replacement from another business. After the crew inspected the vehicle Scott contacted me to inform me that not only did I not need my brakes changed but I didn’t need new rotors either. The other mechanic was looking to rip me off but Scott was looking out for his customer. His honesty and politeness was so heartwarming and he has gained a loyal customer!
