I’m a landlord with multiple units. Recently I needed to evict one of my tenants. I have always handled evictions myself, but with all the changes in the law I felt uneasy about doing it. Jenny Rae’s office was recommended to me so I figured I’d give them a shot. Bottom line, once I gave them the basic information everything was taken care of with the outcome I wanted. I spoke to JennyRae regarding an illegal rent increase and she was extremely helpful. Not only did she review all of the documents I submitted with me, she explained a bunch of laws that I wasn’t aware of and helped me draft an email which ended up working and prevented a huge rent increase! After we spoke, she continued to review my case without me even asking and emailed me additional information to use if needed. I should also mention I spoke to another attorney before her. After paying for an hour and only talking to them for 20 minutes, they asked for an additional $250 to review my lease agreement. This is what led me to contacting JennyRae.
