The worst, rude lady inside Mexican lady she's the worst!!
Had a snarky attitude, doesn't listen to what you say when responding and we paid 500.00 for them not to help us. We hadn't file yet I came in to sign paperwork, but then said couldn't help after the skinny white lady told us a different story and went in the back to hide. We did all the paperwork and everything. So there should not be a file fee, so we may have to do a claim against them if we don't get out money back. Be careful of this one.

As with the other reviews you have left in your name, and several different names, my response will be the same. We are so sorry that you found the experience to be negative. Certain debts are not dischargeable in bankruptcy. Unfortunately, the debts that your presented for your husband were nearly entirely in this category of debts that will not go away in bankruptcy. We declined to take the case because it would have cost your husband more to file than the total amount of the debts that would have been discharged. We have issued a refund to your mother-in-law, who was the one who paid the down payment. Again, we are sorry that you were disappointed.
