Lava Ridge Property Management

We recently moved to Bend and have worked with a number of rental management companies to find the right long term lease. Working with Erik Castro at Lava Ridge PM was the first time we felt confident to move forward and sign a lease. Erik was patient, professional and so kind! He was so thoroughly communicative throughout the entire process … and accommodating to our busy schedules. We can’t thank him enough! We are so excited to move to our new home this weekend and recommend Lava Ridge to anyone looking to work with a wonderful group of people! Thank you Erik!

My wife and I just moved into a beautiful new home that is managed by Lava Ridge. Erik did everything he could to make our application and approval process as smooth and as quick as possible. Our interactions with Erik, Tara, and Nate have been so easy and pleasant and we feel very valued as tenants already! The care package on the kitchen counter on move-in day was just the icing on the cake! They clearly go the extra mile to make their tenants feel secure and taken-care-of. We definitely feel like we are in good hands!

Erik has been very professional, friendly, timely, with great communication skills. My situation was not ideal, but Erik treated me with respect I never felt judged. He never gave me any information that wasn't current, factual or giving false hope. I feel very happy with my experience with Lava Ridge Property Management I'm confident of our relationship moving forward. I would give them a rating of 10 out of 10.
