Laura is such a great realtor. She became part of our family. She has now bought/sold 4 homes for us (not only in Oregon either, she has connections everywhere!) Not only does she make sure the transaction goes smoothly but she makes sure everyone is happy and goes above and beyond. On one of our transactions something happened with the recording papers and she made sure they got recorded that same day so we could move in ASAP! We will continue to use Laura and I recommend her to anyone who wants a seamless transaction in buying or selling a house.

I contacted Laura Gail Gwyn just about a year ago to sell my elderly grandparents home and the time finally came in November 2022. This was a VERY difficult transaction involving incapacitated sellers, an unexpected death mid-transaction, power of attorney, a specific timeline, and lots of emotion, as it was their home of 30 years. Laura did a phenomenal job and even brought the buyer to the table. Please call her for all your local Salem real estate needs. She knows the city inside and out and took care of us at all times.
