BIG THANK YOU to Justin! Great customer service skills our heater went out over Thanksgiving break, which was stressful with three children. He went out of his way to make sure that our heater was working properly, no temporary fix. Justin was kind, respectful of our home and amazingly helpful. Our furnace malfunctioned late Wednesday night before Thanksgiving, on Friday morning my Dad went to see Larsell after driving around to multiple places. Mr. Larsell was very helpful and provided the parts that were required for our furnace. We appreciate the great customer services and being available on a holiday weekend!! Thank you!!

What an amazing company! I called around for quotes and thankfully landed with Larsell. They were super fast and professional, I'm talking I called on December 23rd and they were out on the installation of a whole new furnace on the 26th (THIS WAS DURING CHRISTMAS WEEKEND!). We even ran into a few snags, but they ran around town and found what they needed to make sure the job was done fast and right! Their focus on satisfaction far exceeded my expectations!
