We moved into Oklahoma City from out of state and their entire team made the home building process so easy for us and we couldn’t be happier with our home! They’re responsive, professional, courteous and their communication goes above and beyond, something we really needed since we weren’t living in OKC at the time.
Their floor plans, exterior and interior selections were numerous, and we were amazed at how very little the supply shortages impacted them since we built during the height of these challenges. We felt like our builder went above and beyond to get all our selections and may have even pulled some strings to get a few others due to their supply relationships – that can’t be beat!
Their interior designer did a phenomenal job helping us narrow down selections based on what we liked, and our builder couldn’t have been any more responsive to all the questions we asked along the way. He even sent us pictures every few days so we could follow the build process and feel good about everything taking place while ensuring an on-time finish. Truly amazing!

Landmark is the second company I have used to build a home. I will not mention the other company as it wouldn't be fair to Landmark. I spent quite a bit of time researching companies to build my home and settled on Landmark. From beginning to end, it was a wonderful experience. The best thing about my home is the quality. The way they insulate the home is so well done that my utility bills are a fraction of the previous build. The process of choosing the layout (we made many changes to a model home) was great. Landmark is thorough and wants to make sure you get what you want. The cabinets are custom, you are able to choose everything from flooring/lighting to trees/shrubbery etc. They do it in steps so it is a fun process that my wife and I really enjoyed. To tell you about the service after the sale, I had an outlet that was blowing a breaker. This started a few months after we moved in. Landmark had someone there within 48 hours replacing the outlet. There were a couple of other minor things and Landmark came out to fix, always within a couple of days. The only thing I would like to have seen is the yard leveled before sodding. The company they used slacked a bit there so riding my mower is quite jarring. That is really the only negative. Working with Landmark was wonderful. Our builder (foreman) was Steve. He was great and really wanted us to be 100% satisfied. Our selections person, Megan, was very helpful and kind. She gave great advice and was very patient. This is a great builder that cares about their product. Do not hesitate to give them the chance to build your home.
