I think her name may be Mary? But she was incredibly sweet during my biometrics screening. She held a conversation with me and made the whole process wonderful. The front desk staff is super sweet as well.

Scheduled an appointment for 9 am and arrived 5 minutes early. After checking in, I was called back within a few minutes and in my car by 9:02. I've had problems in the past with my veins not being hit, so I was worried, but Amanda was wonderful and got the draw on her first attempt without any problem or pain. Great experience!

I was nervous to come here because of all the bad reviews and because I’m afraid of needles, but the service was quick and the staff was friendly. I think a lot of the bad reviews come from a lack of understanding of technology. I scheduled an appointment online and checked in at the kiosk once I got in. As for my fear of needles, my phlebotomist was an expert jabber and I didn’t even feel it. Overall, it was done with in five minutes. I was pretty satisfied with it.
