I went back and the staff was nice and friendly. I was explained the policy thoroughly and walked out satisfied. It only takes that one person to ruin the aspect of the business. At the end everythg turned out very good. Thank you. 👎 Well we walked in to buy insurance to my son's new car. We wanted full coverage, the big lady didnt even asked what kind of coverage or anythg. She just put everythg in the system and assuming she knew we wanted full coverage. She didnt say a word to us or even explained what the policy covered. When I came to realize it was less than expected she sold us a liability coverage on a just bought car. She wasnt paying attention to what we were asking for. Worse customer service.
