Kyle & Michelle Hayes, REALTOR | Property Management & Real Estate

Kyle and Michelle have been a great team for me. Michelle was my realtor when looking to buy a couple of investment properties and she was thorough, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Kyle has been my property manager for years and is always proactive in letting me know of any issues I need to be aware of as well as responsive and communicative when I have my own questions. I can recommend them both without reservation and they would be my number one go-to for any real estate related questions I have in the Portland or Salem areas.

We've had a superior experience with both Kyle and Michelle over several years of service. We've had experiences with both real estate transactions and property management, and every time they've exceeded our expectations. Michelle and Kyle are great communicators, and very responsive. They are attentive to our requests and are honest with their insights and recommendations. The trust we have in them is just about priceless.

We have been using The Hayes team for many years for our Canby rental and have been very happy with their service! Recently a long time tenant has moved and Kyle and team have coordinated all of the new paint and any necessary repairs to get our place rented again. We are so busy with our own work etc that I can't imagine the time it would take to coordinate all of that on our own. They also work with some great vendors who have been very responsive to getting things done in a really timely manner. We so appreciate the professional service and highly recommend the Hayes team!
