Kristin Rader Real Estate Group

We were so lucky to have Kristin as our guide during our home buying journey! We started looking in 2022 and finally found our home in 2024. Throughout, Kristin patiently answered all our questions, no matter how big or small, took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for in a home, and helped us navigate the market. She has a keen eye for detail, from pointing out potential cosmetic fixes to catching structural details we wouldn't have noticed. We second another reviewers comment that Kristin is "blunt in a good way" :) We truly appreciate her taking time during Christmas break to help us tour the home we ended up buying. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking to buy a house!

Kristin was wonderful! I first me with her when joining a friend to tour their potential house. I instantly appreciated her honest, professionalism and ability to make our friends confident in their big decision. I told my husband when we are ready to purchase our next house, Kristin was who I wanted to work with. Fast forward to a few months later I reached out to Kristin about getting the process started but just in the information stage. She happily provided insight, support and guidance. I felt at ease to start the process when we were ready. When I found our house Kristin jumped on board to get us a tour quickly and helped make us feel secure in the next steps. Our purchase process was unique in many ways and Kristin was there with guidance and flexibility the whole time. She kept us calm and focused on the prize and because of that buying a home felt more fun than stress. I could continue to go on about how great the process was and how even more wonderful and kind she has been since we closed but ultimately I’m trying to say, contact Kristin and her team when you are ready and you won’t regret it.

Kristin Rader was an absolute dream to work with! She helped our family find the most amazing and perfect home! Her team was fantastic too! The communication on every step of the process was absolutely spot on. She was always available to help, and calmed any anxiety I ever had! I would absolutely use Kristin again!
