We have worked with Kraft Custom Construction for many years. They are very professional and have shown the best quality workmanship. The staff is amazing and really care about their customers. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
We recently had our pergola replaced but unfortunately the company we hired left us with a complete mess of a job. The large columns, which are really the focus point were re-created using flimsy boards which apparently weren't attached properly and within a couple of weeks the boards and panels were coming apart. We called Kraft and worked with Robert and Dave. We really appreciated their professionalism and friendliness. They told us what could be salvaged from the prior job and proceeded to replace the columns and other parts of the pergola with quality materials that look amazing, are sturdy, and match the columns we have around the rest of our home. We were kept up to date on progress and while the old job created a few challenges Dave kept at it until he could fix it correctly. They did not try to rush it. We are extremely happy with the finished product and can't thank Kraft enough! (I'm posting a photo but it hasn't actually been painted yet - it will look even better when it's painted!)
