I recently purchased an investment property in Oregon with Kody Porter as my loan broker. In an era of 8% mortgages, Kody was able to beat that significantly. Throughout the process, from the beginning to the close of escrow (and after), he was consistently keeping me prepared well in advance of any deadline. He also had an instant and detailed recall of any provision or issue when I called with questions. I would hire him again without hesitation.

Kody was awesome to work with. He was super clear and communicative and made himself available to answer all of our questions throughout the process - which included selling another home in order to finance the new one. He worked directly with our realtor and both escrow agents, making the whole thing as easy as possible! He was always one step ahead of the process and made it all feel like a breeze.
