Koda CrossFit Norman

Amazing box. Expansive, with tons of racks, weights, dumbbells, as well mobility accessories. All equipment was easily accessible, identifiable as far as weight, resistance. They have a sauna and a cold plunge bath, though I was unable to take advantage due to only being in town a couple days. Great website which made signing up for a drop in class easy. And Coach Zeth was AWESOME. Skilled, great communicator, very patient with everyone in class. I’ll be in Norman next year for my nephew’s graduation - will definitely drop in again. Thanks Koda CF!

I worked out at Koda all summer while back from college break, and I have never enjoyed working out so much in my life. The coaches and people are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the workouts are fantastic. I would 100% recommend Koda to anyone who is considering trying CrossFit for the first time! I went to the beginners class for my first month and loved it!

Super clean gym that’s full of amazing people that have become another family to me. This community really supports each other and is full of amazing humans. I have made friends for life here. This is the best hour of my day and I could never find another gym like Koda. It’s great for all ages and they treat you like family.
