I needed a simple ring resizing and called to get an estimate of the price. I called and got quoted but upon arrival the the price was cheaper! I arrived a bit late and it was ready for pickup early the next day which is faster than any other place i called; it would/could have been same day if i had gone early. On top of them having the best price, they're great people who are knowledgeable on their craft. 10/10 customer service and i will definitely be back to acquire future rings and/or jewelry. The business & people who work here are amazing. Today was my first encounter as a customer, I needed a repair on a gold ring band that split/separated. I walked in at 2pm today & was told it’d be a few days before my ring would be ready (to be expected since repairs are done on-site). However, I received a call at 5:00pm … saying that they were able to complete the repair & my ring is ready to be picked up. I was honestly shocked & so happy bc I wear this piece of jewelry almost 24/7. Everything about this experience exceeded my expectations, especially the customer service. The cost/pricing is also more than fair. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Everyone Kneucraft is amazing!! They did my engagement ring (which I’m blown away by) it’s a masterpiece. More recently they repaired a family heirloom, rushing it for me to give in time for Christmas. I was told by another jeweler that it was worthless and irreparable. Shawn took one look and gave me a reasonable estimate and had it done in less than two weeks. The final product was so wonderful it nearly brought me to tears. I’m so thankful for everyone at Kneucraft that made my experience so great.
