I have the good fortune to have my septic system maintained by Kings Crown Septic Systems for the last 5+ years. They have done an outstanding job for us. In addition to there well performed routine maintenance , they have also been very responsive to any issues that have developed between maintenance visits - like bad sprinkler heads, etc. Where they really shine is when there are problems. Septic problems are not fun and it really makes a difference when you work with folks who take care of business - rain or shine. Shawn rewired and replaced a burned out lift station pump during a thunder shower as that was what was needed to get us operational. Their service is simply outstanding and very reasonably priced. It is good to have someone to call that you know will come and take care of things when you need them - and know that you will get a very fair price. They stand by their work.

I called Shawn with Kings Crown Septic based on other reviews and after calling another company that could not come for 'days'. He was able to come out the same day and took care of our issue (toilet backing up multiple times over a week period). We got on a service contract with him and he checked our entire system including the sprinklers. There was a clog at the tank and he had a contact who would come pump out the tank. He called the other company for us and set up the day for them to come pump the tanks out. He only charged for the service contract and not for any of the work he did that day since he said that was part of his service. Extremely fairly priced and appreciated his prompt response to our issue and call to give us a heads up when he was 30 minutes out. Thanks Shawn and Aaron!!
