Dylan McNerney of Kingfisher Properties was the real estate broker for the sale of my property at 3 Oriole Lane, Lake Oswego, OR. Dylan has the advantage of living in close proximity to my Lake Oswego address. That put him in close contact with the heartbeat of the area, allowing him to come up with a listing price that resulted in a quick sale (8 days) with maximum financial return. He was a pleasure to work with and showed skill in successfully navigating a situation that could have resulted in a negative outcome. I whole heartedly recommend him without any reservation.
