Dylan was a fantastic partner to work with from start to finish! He stayed on top of every detail with fast, friendly communication and made sure all our timelines stayed right on track. I truly appreciated his kind approach and his dedication to getting the deal done smoothly.
Dylan McNerney of Kingfisher Properties was the real estate broker for the sale of my property at 3 Oriole Lane, Lake Oswego, OR. Dylan has the advantage of living in close proximity to my Lake Oswego address. That put him in close contact with the heartbeat of the area, allowing him to come up with a listing price that resulted in a quick sale (8 days) with maximum financial return. He was a pleasure to work with and showed skill in successfully navigating a situation that could have resulted in a negative outcome. I whole heartedly recommend him without any reservation.
Dylan helped us sell our townhouse condo in Lake Oswego. He exceeded expectations in every way. First, he took a personal interest in us and our property, understanding our goals and constraints. As we were out of town for most of the selling process, he managed and coordinated remodeling and cleaning projects in our stead. He was readily available for showings, and ran many open houses. The market was tough; we listed just as things started to take a downturn, but he stuck with it and provided regular reporting on progress. Dylan fielded all our questions and concerns promptly, with good advice and a willingness to do what _we_ wanted even if it wasn't necessarily in our best interest. In the end, we absolutely recommend Dylan, and if we're ever selling in that market again, we'll be sure to use him.
Buying or selling a home can be a challenging process, with lots of curve balls and unknowns. Working with Dylan gave us a clear advantage in a competitive environment: he knew the market and process, and was able to offer impeccable professional advice and timely, careful project management through a very fast buying and selling process. If you are looking for someone who listens carefully, pays attention to the smallest detail, is a great negotiator and has a keen understanding of the market, Dylan is a top choice. We recommend him without reservation.
From start to finish Dylan was right there, on top of all the details, advising through the issues, and guiding the process in a totally professional and calmly competent manner. As we searched for our new home (and sold our existing house) he listened, understood and delivered! I would recommend him unconditionally.
